Here's our Returns & Refund Policy. 

 

Effortless Exchanges
It happens... If something didn't quite fit,  Celestial Market gladly accepts exchanges for any unworn items. Exchanges typically take 3-5 days, plus shipping time, to sort out.

While we don't cover the shipping for exchanges, our returns sheet lays it all out for you. Just send your items back within 5 days and drop us a line at Customercare@celestialmarket.com to let us know what you need.

Time Limits
Keep an eye on the clock—we unfortunately don't accept returns after 5 days.

Sending It Back
Head to your local post office and grab a tracking number for your return. It's the best way to ensure your items make it back to us in one piece.

Refunds 

All purchases are final there are no refunds

Order Cancellations

Once your order is submitted, we're unable to cancel or make changes. Please review your order carefully before finalizing it.

Order Processing Time
Our team is on the ball to ensure your order gets fulfilled promptly! Once placed, it takes 5-7 business days to ship out of our warehouse. From there, you've got two delivery options: UPS Ground (3-5 business days).

 

Exceptions to Expedited Shipping
A few items march to their own beat:

  • Pre-Orders: You'll be notified if an item is a pre-order, with a later ship date mentioned in the item description. If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, it ships when everything's ready.
  • Restock Items: Expedited shipping might not be an option if a product is still en route to our warehouse.
  • Partial Payments: Orders with partial payment wait until they're fully paid before they ship.

 

Return Processing Time
Once we've got your package, returns for exchange or store credit get processed within 3-4 business days. We'll drop you an email once it's sorted. Keep in mind, store credits have an expiration date.

 

Wrong Items
Mistakes happen, but we've got your back! If you receive an item not on your packing slip, give our Customer Service line a shout. If it's still in stock, we'll send you a return label and the correct item at no extra charge. If it's sold out, you'll get a store credit for the full amount.

 

Incorrect Size
We've got tools to help you pick the right size, like our IG Live Collection Fit Review, Style Lab videos, and Online Size Chart. Still unsure? Reach out to our Customer Service team before placing your order. Once it's in, it's final—no refunds.

 

Damaged/Missing Items
Quality is our priority, but slip-ups can occur. If you've got a damaged item, let us know within 7 days of receiving your order. Send us your order number and a snap of the damage, and we'll sort it out pronto.
